Herba-Imodac AG employs at any time up to 5 young adults to give them a chance to learn a trade. Practical work in the company combined with theoretical schooling prepares them for the work live and a profession they will enjoy, because they know it from scratch. These apprenticeships last for two to three years. They are the backbone of the Swiss economic success over the decades and an investment Herba-Imodac AG enjoys to participate in.
